Qualifying income amount is 2.5 times the monthly rent amount.  Incomes may be combined.  Verifiable proof of income is required.
All occupants over age 18 must apply.  Application fee is $50.00 per person & $75.00 for married couples. Criminal background and credit check will be conducted.  

1 bedroom = 2 people
2 bedroom = 4 people
3 bedroom = 6 people
