2 pets per apartment.  Pets must be screened through our pet screening service, breed and 35-pound weight restrictions apply.   A $300.00 non-refundable pet fee is required and $25.00 monthly pet rent per pet.  All pets must have proof of a current and updated vaccine record.  All tenants must register with pet screening regardless of if they have a pet or not.
